For all travel that require airfare, per diem, and/or overnight lodging. Please submit requests through Concur using the following naming convention for the travel “300100-Your Last Name- Conference Name/Acronym. Also, make sure to read BEFORE you travel.

You will need to submit a separate CAS Travel Request/Application for each conference. Membership fees that are required in order to register for a conference can often be considered. This is a case-by-case basis. Do include the membership fee in your Travel Request. If they don’t accept it, we can remove it.

Note: Please contact the department’s Accounting Technician to arrange the payment of your registration, as the central office is requiring departments to pay for these expenses directly.
