Large print jobs, such as exams and quiz copies, should be submitted to the ROMS main office for copying.

- Personal office printers
- paper, toner, or ink for any personal printers
*in the rare event of a year-end budget surplus, we will send a call for supply purchase requests. This is the only time the department will purchase supplies for personal printers*
In the 2016-2017 academic year, we spent over $8,000 on print/copy related expenses. While we do not presently have limits set on how many prints/copies department members can make, please be aware that we do monitor all copies and prints made to the network machines and may impose limits should this free-use policy be abused.
